1. Return Eligibility
Returns accepted only is a clear 360 degree unboxing video is recorded. The video must be continuous. Clearly show th epackage. Highlight any damage,mismatch or missingitem at the time of shipping.
2. Retutn Window
Return request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
3. Accepted reason for return
Broken or damanged item. Wrong item delivered. Missing product in the parcel.
4. Non Eligibility
Don't send an incomplete/interrupted video. Color or size disstiesfacton cannot be any reason. No cash refund will be made. Any used item/items will not be eligible for return.
5. How to request return
Send the opening video to us. We will arrange for the pick up. Choose either the same item to be returned or any other item for the price.
